The assistant
Anything you'd do by hand, from one sentence.
Create, share, sign, organize, and answer questions across thousands of files. Pick a request to watch it run, then answer the card it hands back.

How it works
Connect it. Ask it. Approve it.

It shows the plan. Small changes apply at once, big ones wait for your OK, and everything can be undone.
Workflows
Say it once. It runs on every file that arrives after that.
Describe the job once. Every new file is read and filed where it belongs, wherever it arrives from.
You see every step before it runs, and any run can be replayed.
Where it works
Works where your files already are
Connect the drives your company already uses. The assistant reads and organizes them in place, so nothing has to move.
Read and organized in place
New files arrive from
Or keep files in The Drive AI's own workspace: version history, permissions by file and folder, file requests from anyone, and e-signature.
The workspace is on every plan. Connected drives need Max or Team.
Use it right inside your drive with the Chrome extension

What is The Drive AI?
The Drive AI is an AI file assistant for teams with a lot of documents. It reads your files by what they say, organizes them, and answers questions across them, in its own workspace or inside Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Dropbox. You ask for what you need in plain English.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan includes 20 assistant tasks a month of up to 50 files each, plus content search, document creation, and the desktop and mobile apps, and chatting with the assistant is free. Premium includes 500 tasks a month on up to 500 files each. Max includes 2,000 a month on up to 5,000 files each and works in connected drives; Team adds 2,000 a month for every seat, shared across the workspace.
How is this different from Google Drive or Dropbox?
Google Drive and Dropbox store your files, and you organize them yourself. The Drive AI reads them. Connect a drive and the assistant can sort, rename, and answer questions about what is already there, without moving your files out of it. You can also keep files in The Drive AI's own workspace.
Can it organize files already in Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Dropbox?
Yes, on Max and Team plans. The assistant reads the drive where it is, proposes the change as one plan, and applies it in the drive once you approve. Moves and renames can be undone. Trashed files can be restored too, Dropbox included.
Is my data secure?
Yes. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Your files are never used to train AI models. We are CASA certified and a Microsoft Verified Partner. Full audit trail for compliance.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Everyone in a workspace asks the same assistant. It works within each person's access, remembers the notes your admins give it, and admins decide what it may do without asking. Invite teammates and set roles at the file, folder, and workspace level.
Find anything. File nothing by hand.
Free to start. Connect a drive or upload a folder, and ask.
